The PLATINUM LUX Package - 5 day installation
-This package offers a touch of luxury with a sleek stylish finish. This package can also be an upgrade to any of our existing loft packages or be your first loft storage project .
- This Platinum Lux package will give you a bright and clean area of practical space to be used in your home.
- This package comes with cross braced flooring, floor boarding & your floor insulated with 250mm of KNAUF insulation.
- 25 mm Insulation board to the roof spars.
-Feature stud walls to create eaves storage and bespoke customised cupboards space, This then creating a warm and dry storage area for your items of choice.
- A hatch and fold down FAKRO staircase ladder with optional drop down lid.
- Cushioning and angle bead and trimming around the entrance of loft ladder.
- A Balustrade bannister rail for safe and secure ease of access.
- Caulking to give a sharp look ready for painting. (painting not included)
- A VELUX window ,multiple windows can be added as optional extra.
- Plasterboard / plastering with angle bead to finish with a sleek look to your loft.
